Coach Michael (Brody):
Over the past year I have reached many goals and accomplishments in my career and in the box. With this year coming to a close, I have enjoyed spending time coaching and working out at BYT. I love helping people push themselves to reach their own personal goals.
As a coach, my goal is to help everyone reach their goals whether it's writing meal plans for someone to lose weight, or pushing someone to reach a new PR on their deadlift. My goals personally in the box is to become stronger while getting leaner. I hope to also get a couple things started at the box including a lifting class, Friday Night Fight Club and maybe even a Jeep club. Outside of the box my goals are to grow my career and work my way up into upper management within my current company and to get my MBA.
