Coach Katrina:
After 10 years of competitive gymnastics, I retired at the ripe old age of 18. I continued with my fitness passion by earning a college degree in physical and health education and coaching gymnastics.
For a long time I had been looking for a fitness regimen that worked for me and I started CrossFit in October of 2013. After a solid year I decided becoming a CrossFit coach was a great idea and I love working with the BYT family. 
My major goal of CrossFit is to keep me healthy and strong so I can continue to coach gymnastics in the very active style I love. I'm well on my way to this goal but still have a lot of work to do. I would like to increase my max lifts, particularly the Olympic lift, learn muscle ups and string together double unders. I also would like to improve my running efficiency, and of course, tone up.
