Bryan "Marine" Beaune Training Bio

My personal fitness journey started when I was a young boy around 8 years, my dad was a bodybuilder at his apartment he only had gym equipment as furniture. Growing up my dad encouraged me to get into fitness by giving workout equipment and books to read. This provided us with some common ground and was a big part of our relationship. Fitness didn’t really start to click for me until I joined the U.S. Marines, that is where I started to hone my skills as a trainer realizing I was for more educated then the rest of our company my company commander put me in charge of the “unable to perform platoon”. This was a platoon made up of injured and overweight Marines, I was tasked with getting them Fleet ready. This was one of my greatest assignments because it nurtured the desire to be a trainer. After the Marines I attended Oakland University for Exercise Science and continued training people to get them fit. For the next 15 years I competed in every type of fitness completion there is having placed top 3 in many of those competitions. When it comes to Fitness I have spent a majority of my life studying it, practicing it, and teaching it.
